PB to Brad with a great 10:48 and Will just under 11 but not quite his best.  Anja a mere 1 second adrift of her best but Bill took 4 seconds off his previous quickest time.  Courtney and Leah enjoyed(?) a blistering sprint along the home stretch to the line with Courtney just in front this time.  

Standout performance from young Cody who sliced 2 minutes off his 3k time and looks like he's grown a head taller since he last visited the track.

Craig also ran the 3k for the first time in a very creditable 14:10 so he has a benchmark now.  Welcome Chris.

The kids all did brilliantly with Mercedes 1:50 nine seconds quicker than her best last month of 1:59.  The Fox cubs excelled with Tim 3:25 (3:33 last month) and Matthew 3:49 (4:30), both PBs.
Kirsten ran a brilliant 3:29 (3:37) for a gutsy finish within 3 seconds of Tim and so set another PB.  Cameron also finished well in 4:26 to beat last months time of 4:36.
